Long overdue December session ... seems like ages since last outing !!
Felt more like it when eventually got on the water after spending a good half hour finding my atans in the van !
Went on 5.3m & FW95 first up, but found rip was making my progress tricky as wind blew and lulled at innappropriate times.
Went back and switched to the FW115 and re-launched just as wind filled in.
Ho hum ... couldn't be ar$ed to change back, so just got on with it.
Wasn't cold, wind shifted cross-shore, then started to go cross-off so canned it ....
Mid-summer this would have been one of those best ever kind of days, but mid-winter knocks spots off the grin factor.
Need to find some time to work on fitness as winter is killing it for me .... no time due to work, family commitments and reduced daylight hours along with the criteria for wind to coincide with free time and suitable temperatures .... well, if it doesnt kill me it'll make me stronger for it so .... how's Tuesday's forecast looking ;-)
